Our Programs

We follow Saskatchewan’s Play and Explore curriculum — learning through joyful play, guided by children’s interests.

Play‑Based Learning

Hands‑on centres (art, STEM, dramatic play, nature) build language, problem‑solving, and creativity.

Menu & Nutrition

Our menus follow Canada’s Food Guide. We rotate seasonally and update the full menu every 4 months.

Within each season we use a 4‑week rotating menu (4×4 weeks), balancing flavours, textures, and cultural dishes. We accommodate common allergies and dietary needs where possible.

What a day of meals looks like

Breakfast (8:30): whole grains, fruit, dairy/alt.
Lunch (12:00): protein, veg, whole grain, fruit.
Snacks (10:00/2:45 seasonal): produce + protein/whole grain.

Ask us for the current seasonal menu PDF anytime.

STEM & Blocks

Ramps, magnets, loose parts, and block play build math & engineering thinking.

Art & Dramatic Play

Open‑ended materials invite storytelling, fine‑motor skills, and creativity.

Nature & Outdoors

Daily fresh‑air time; gross‑motor skills and science observations in action.
